Anthony and his team were amazing. They came to the house and prepared all of the food ready for us all to eat at 7.30 and made sure the kitchen was immaculate before they left. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. They made the whole experience as if we were in a restaurant...it was very professional. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family, as well as using them myself in the future.

You and your staff did such a fabulous job on Saturday. We had loads of people saying how much they enjoyed the canapés (including one who was convinced that the beef with the Yorkshire puddings was cooked sous vide because it was so perfect) and numerous people have asked for the cheese pie recipe. It really was delicious! The veg was perfect (not over cooked or doused in butter) and the dessert was fabulous- Tom is till raving about it. 

We know we presented you with a huge challenge feeding so many people so much food in quite a small space but you exceeded our expectations. Thanks for being so communicative and can-do throughout the whole process. It was really good to have someone on board who had such a positive attitude towards everything!

We have used Ribble Valley for a number of years now, both for Hog Roasts and latterly BBQs at our annual employee summer BBQ. They are always professional, friendly and do a great job of catering for 80+ employees, really supporting employee engagement at our site. In particular, they have looked after gluten free and other special dietary requests without fuss. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Ribble Valley Catering very generously donated a hot buffet to a charity ball that I was hosting in aid of the Alzheimer's Society. The food was delicious and plentiful. All of our guests were highly impressed with the standard of food and service provided. Anthony and the team were very professional and I would definitely use them again for any other events I were to have. We can't thank them enough for their contribution to our charity night where we managed to raise over £2000! Highly recommended.

Anthony and the team catered our wedding breakfast for 110 guests in September 2015. Considering our venue had no catering facilities at all, the food was superb, homemade and all completed on time. He was a pleasure to deal with and we chose him above other suppliers as he came across as a genuine, trustworthy person which was most important to us along with the food quality. The service team on the day were equally fantastic; hosted everything with a smile and made no fuss which allowed us to concentrate on celebrating our day. If you need a caterer for your wedding you won't be disappointed. We would definitely use Anthony and the team again if we needed event catering
