"You and your staff did such a fabulous job on Saturday. We had loads of people saying how much they
enjoyed the canapés (including one who was convinced that the beef with the Yorkshire puddings was cooked sous vide because it was so perfect) and numerous people have asked for the cheese pie
recipe. It really was delicious! The veg was perfect (not over cooked or doused in butter) and the dessert was fabulous- Tom is till raving about it.
